Police have laid 20 charges following a two-day high visibility proactive traffic operation, targeting illegal trail bike riders in the Illawarra and South Coast regions.
Among those nabbed during ‘Operation Spoiler’, a learner rider who was allegedly caught doing 87kph in a 50kph zone in Belinda Street, Bomaderry.
The 18-year-old rider was hit with a traffic infringement notice for exceeding the speed limit by 30kph.
