Responding to the outpouring of support, Davis and Samantha’s children, Annabelle and Harrison, reassured well-wishers that their dad was stepping back from social media for a while. They expressed gratitude for the love and concern shown.

Davis wrote, “Her passing has left a huge hole in our lives as a family. I miss her hugs. She was a unique character, always seeing the sunny side of life, with a wicked sense of humour and always laughing at my bad jokes.”
